The risk management landscape in higher education has changed over the last several years. The title and role of those charged with risk management is shifting as executive leaders and governing boards pay more attention to risk. Learn how you can capitalize on the changing landscape to expand your role in higher education and move from tactile to strategic thinking and gain a seat at the table while you do so! Hear how other URMIA members have expanded their roles and become persons of influence with the C-suite.

2. Participants will learn how to raise their visibility and gain the trust and respect of senior administrators.
3. Attendees will learn how to take their institutional and technical knowledge and use it as a springboard to become a major contributor to university/college – wide strategic initiatives.
